Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking Field Operators to support the Mechanical Scope of our solar project in Krum, Texas. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you contribute to the construction of solar facilities and work as part of a craft-focused team.

The ideal candidate will follow safety rules, operate pile driving gear, perform routine maintenance, read basic manuals, lift heavy components, and endure outdoor conditions in all weather while collaborating with supervisors to deliver on schedule.

Qualifications

• Must meet basic safety regulations and follow project procedures.
• Experience reading and interpreting safety rules, manuals, and load charts.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate pile driving equipment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and hazardous conditions.
• Minimum 1 year of construction-related experience preferred.
