Inizio Engage is building a nationwide field-based Pharmaceutical Sales team to support Pfizer. This entry-level role focuses on increasing awareness of high/at-risk COVID-19 patient types among physicians, urgent cares, and retail pharmacies. You will report to the Area Business Manager and work within a contracted field team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
• Experience in promotional activity or account management preferred.
• Healthcare/scientific background is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide P1 support to physicians about COVID-19 risks and treatment options.
• Educate targets to ensure readiness for patient identification.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular calls.
• Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate field deployments and goals.
• Analyze geography and prioritize opportunities; execute action plans.
• Participate in required sales conferences, trainings, and compliance.
