Job summary

Inizio Engage is building a nationwide team of field-based Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to support Pfizer and increase awareness of high/at-risk patient types for COVID-19. This entry-level role reports to the Area Business Manager and emphasizes collaboration, education, and field execution.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree, have 2+ years in related sales or healthcare roles, and are willing to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Pharmaceutical/Medical sales or related experience.
• Must live within 25 miles of the territory border.
• Urgent Care setting experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide P1 support to physicians about COVID-19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options; educate identified targets on patient identification.
• Build relationships with customers through regular calls and ongoing contact as defined in the Field Team SOW.
• Collaborate with customer-facing colleagues to align goals across channels and field deployments.
• Understand the customer and market landscape within assigned geographies and develop plans to maximize sales impact.
• Engage with HCPs to answer questions and provide expert product knowledge.
• Maintain expert understanding of the product, patient education, and market dynamics.
• Implement call plans to exceed goals for assigned geographies and tailor sales approaches.
• Complete call reporting and inventory recording per current procedures.
