Job summary

Inizio Engage is hiring a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative in the West Chester/ Lancaster, PA area. This entry-level role focuses on increasing awareness of high/at-risk patient types for COVID-19 and supporting physicians and retailers with approved promotional materials.

The position reports to the Area Business Manager and offers comprehensive benefits, travel within the territory, and competitive pay. bachelor's degree is required and prior pharma experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant pharmaceutical or medical sales experience preferred.
• Experience with healthcare professionals and payers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide P1 support to physicians about COVID-19 risk factors and treatment options.
• Educate identified targets to ensure customer preparedness on patient identification.
• Build relationships with customers through regular calls and coordinated field efforts.
• Understand the market and prioritize opportunities to maximize local sales impact.
