Job summary

Clark Pest Control is seeking Pest Service Technicians to protect homes and their surrounding environments in California. You will work outdoors, service residential accounts, and help maintain pest-free properties while earning a competitive compensation package.

The role requires a driver’s license, ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid), and the capacity to work independently in the field with route-based assignments. Training and license support are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control pests, weeds, lawn care and other agricultural pests on-site in residential accounts.
• Inspect residential structures to determine presence of pests and severity of infestations.
• Create diagrams illustrating type, location and degree of infestations.
• Discuss work with customers and provide sales solicitations.
• Coordinate activities with branch staff and submit paperwork and collections daily.
• Perform administrative tasks, order equipment, and compile reports as directed.
• Estimate crew time and schedule work.
• Receive and account for company funds collected during business activities.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicle in clean, safe condition.
