Job summary

Orkin is hiring an Orkin Termite Sales Inspector in Bellflower, CA, offering a proven path to leadership and a strong earning potential. You’ll promote pest protection from a trusted brand, supported by award-winning training and a mission-driven team.

You can earn $60,000 to $100,000 per year, plus a company vehicle and gas card. Training lasts 90 days at $23/hour, after which you transition to base salary plus commission with licensure support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver to recommend pest solutions.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads with company-provided leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with customers in their homes to explain products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of customers' homes.
• Make recommendations based on inspection findings and set expectations.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
