Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Universal Service Professional to be the face of our pest control service in your local community. You will build relationships with customers, protect homes and businesses from pests, and manage a route with daily tasks while maintaining safety and high service standards.

No prior extermination experience is required, and we provide extensive training. Expect a dynamic, mobile role with opportunities for growth, excellent benefits, and a strong team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build lifelong relationships with customers and deliver an outstanding service experience.
• Manage the daily operations of your service route and perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Monitor termite bait systems and ensure proper function.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
