Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Universal Service Professional to service residential pest control routes, build relationships with customers, and deliver exceptional on-site service. Training will equip you with skills to manage routes, perform inspections, and apply pest control products safely and effectively.

You'll operate on a field-based schedule with independence, while enjoying company-supported growth, benefits, and opportunities within the Northwest team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build lifelong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage the daily operations of your Universal Service Route.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Monitor termite bait systems for proper function.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
