Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Universal Service Professional to service residential routes and protect homes from pests. You’ll build lasting customer relationships, manage daily routes, and apply pest control products following safety guidelines.

No prior exterminating experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, with a focus on independence, strong teamwork, and community service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required! (training provided).
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build lifelong relationships with customers and ensure loyalty through excellent service.
• Manage daily service routes and complete assigned tasks on schedule.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Monitor termite bait systems and ensure proper function.
• Apply pest control products per label and safety guidelines.
