Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and work in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest protection, communicate clearly, and focus on customer service in every interaction.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside homes or businesses; full training provided.
• Explain findings, answer questions, and recommend services for customer confidence.
• Follow safety protocols while conducting services, handling equipment, and applying treatments.
• Handle company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly and log findings using handheld devices.
