Job summary

Ehrlich Pest Control is seeking an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction in residential and commercial settings. You will inspect for pests, install exclusion devices, and communicate service details to customers.

You''ll work in various environments, follow safety protocols, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pest inspections and pest control services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain termite control systems.
• Install TAP insulation and manage job-site preparations and cleanup.
• Assist with light construction projects related to pest damage.
• Communicate service details and safety guidelines to customers.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal; adhere to safety protocols.
