Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a Permits Inspector in Houston, Texas, responsible for oversight and compliance of various construction permits. The ideal candidate will perform field inspections, coordinate with the Department of Transportation, and ensure projects conform to regulatory specifications. Qualifications

• Experience in related industry is preferred.
• Clean, valid Driver's License, Class E is required.
• FDOT CTQP Certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for permit coordination and compliance monitoring.
• Conduct field inspections of various permits during and after construction.
• Coordinate with DOT regarding policy concerning permits.
• Manage, monitor, and control highway project equipment and materials.
