Job summary

Ferrovial's Webber team is seeking an Inspector to provide program processes and oversight for permit coordination, review, tracking and compliance monitoring. The role includes field inspections and coordination with DOT, utilities, and project teams to ensure compliance with regulations and specifications.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years in a related field; a Bachelor's degree is preferred and a valid Class 1 driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related industry.
• Valid Class 1 driver's license is required.
• DOT certifications preferred.
• Ability to operate in both office and field environments and to read plans and documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain permit processing procedures and tracking.
• Conduct field inspections of projects to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with DOT and utility stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Prepare monthly permits reports and maintain project documentation.
• Enter data into SAP and manage work orders while monitoring progress.
