Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Field Performance to drive sales execution, revenue growth, and operational excellence across the field network. You will lead a team of performance leaders and collaborate with regional directors to implement performance acceleration strategies.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 50-75%), strong coaching skills, and a track record of delivering results in multi-site healthcare or service environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations, field leadership, business performance, or operational excellence roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading performance improvement initiatives across multiple locations or regions.
• Demonstrated success driving operational and financial results through coaching and leadership development.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive influence skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 50-75%, as needed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of field performance leaders.
• Lead daily management of network performance improvement programs, including center selection, performance monitoring, intervention planning, and graduation criteria.
• Support development and execution of initiatives to improve performance across sales, operational, financial, and patient experience metrics.
• Partner with Regional Business Directors, Center leaders, and cross-functional teams to implement targeted improvement strategies.
• Monitor program effectiveness and adjust methodology, targets, and accountability structures.
• Analyze performance data and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Build and execute tailored action plans to accelerate business performance.
• Maintain performance benchmarks and success metrics.
• Ensure sustainable gains through coaching, follow-up, and accountability processes.
• Partner with Field Leadership to onboard, train, andcoachRegional Business Directors.
