Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers seeks a Vice President, Field Sales to lead a +25-location division with +300 employees and $200M revenue. You will design, execute, and optimize sales strategy to grow revenue, expand market share, and improve patient acquisition and conversion across locations.

You will coach leaders, drive data-informed decisions, manage budgets, and partner with marketing to align demand-generation efforts. Travel will be 60-75% as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Senior sales leadership experience within a multi-location healthcare business.
• Proven ability to design and execute growth strategies across regions.
• Strong data-driven decision making and use of CRM/analytics tools.

Responsibilities
