Job summary

AmeriBest Home Care in Philadelphia is seeking a high-energy Community Partnerships Liaison to grow our presence with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral partners. You will build trust, move opportunities forward, and convert strong relationships into qualified referrals for AmeriBest.

In this role you will spend most of your time in the field, meeting partners, presenting our services, and shaping growth strategy with the Director of Growth.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience or adjacencies in sales
• Track record of meeting goals and building relationships
• Strong communication skills and confidence meeting with partners

Responsibilities

• Own referral development for an assigned territory to generate leads.
• Build relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, rehabilitation facilities, senior communities, community agencies, and other referral partners.
• Spend most of your time in the field meeting partners.
• Run partner presentations, in-services, and community events to explain AmeriBest’s services and value.
• Develop a weekly territory plan with the Director of Growth and focus on high-opportunity partners.
• Learn what drives each account and follow through on every opportunity until the next step is clear.
• Identify new referral sources, community events, and local opportunities to grow AmeriBest’s presence.
