Job summary

Farahi Law Firm is seeking a Field Representative in the Manteca, CA area to serve as the firm''s ambassador in the community. You will develop relationships with automotive body shops and position the firm as a trusted referral partner for personal injury cases.

The role is highly relationship-driven and involves daily field work, collaboration with a Business Development Representative, and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with shop staff.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily field visits to assigned body shops in Manteca, CA metro area.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with shop owners, managers, and staff.
• Represent Farahi Law Firm with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
• Plan efficient daily routes to maximize productivity and territory coverage.
• Coordinate outreach strategies with the Business Development Representative.
• Document customer interactions and visit outcomes in the CRM.
• Identify high-potential opportunities and communicate recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain CRM documentation and communicate next steps to internal stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted brand ambassador within the local automotive repair community.
