Job summary

Pivot Parking LLC in Greenville, SC is seeking a hands-on Parking Operations Technician to keep downtown facilities clean, safe, and functional. The role involves maintenance, basic repairs, and enforcing parking rules with a professional touch.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–3:00 pm with some flexibility. You’ll work independently, drive between sites as required, and engage with customers to ensure a welcoming environment for all users.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good problem-solving and practical decision-making.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to operate outdoors and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of parking garages and surface lots.
• Maintain entrances, exits, stairwells, elevators and common areas.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Monitor parking activity and enforce posted rules.
• Issue warnings or citations as required.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on parking equipment.
• Provide general oversight and assist customers with inquiries.
• Drive company vehicle between sites as needed.
