Job summary

Qualifications

• FEMA training ICS-100, IS-552, and ICS-700 within three months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Enforce City of Greenville Parking Ordinances; traverse zones, input data, issue citations, and document violations.
• Provide customer service; assist citizens with parking issues and directions, maintain visibility to the public.
• Immobilize vehicles with boot orders; identify, verify, apply boot, and coordinate removal with Administrative Office.
• Identify accessible parking violations; issue warnings/citations and testify in court when required.
• Report miscellaneous violations and emergencies; coordinate with authorities and assist during incidents.
