Job summary

The Field Paramedic role at LCMC Health centers on delivering prompt pre-hospital care to patients, supporting regional EMS operations, and maintaining essential supplies for rapid response. You will work nights and participate in performance improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care across our Jefferson Parish network.

Qualified candidates bring 2 years of EMS experience, active NREMT-P and Louisiana EMT-P, CPR, ACLS, and PALS within 6 months, plus CPI training.

Qualifications

• 2 years of EMS related experience required.
• NREMT-P and EMT-P State of LA certifications required.
• CPR, ACLS, PALS within 6 months, CPI within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt pre-hospital care and stabilize patients in the field.
• Maintain and monitor supplies and equipment for EMS operations.
• Complete required medical and non-medical records and participate in performance programs.
