Job summary

Capital Vacations is looking for a Field Marketing Area Manager to lead our FPS team at events, festivals and shows, driving vacation package sales and creating world-class first impressions for guests.

You bring 2+ years in management and 2+ years in Timeshare/Marketing, plus leadership, budget oversight, and a flexible attitude ready to adapt to our business needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Management (Mini-Vacation field) and 2+ years in Timeshare/Marketing.
• A proven ability to inspire teams, solve problems on the fly, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage budgets and optimize field operations.
• A "whatever it takes" attitude with a schedule that adapts to the needs of the business.

• Scale the Business: Execute high-impact marketing activities and events to smash tour and sales targets.
• Build a Winning Team: Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing squad of Sales Reps to reach their full potential.
