Job summary

Healthfirst seeks Sales Support Associates to amplify enrollment and member retention through community marketing, events and outreach in New York. You will coordinate events with Sales Managers and promote Healthfirst’s plan options to seniors in diverse communities.

You will develop up to twenty events per month, build relationships with community groups, and support the Sales and Marketing team with educational events while meeting growth and retention targets.

Qualifications

• Travel up to 75% of the time.
• Minimum sales, marketing or outreach experience.
• Direct-to-consumer or B2B customer service experience.
• Experience presenting to diverse audiences including leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
• Ability to work with diverse socio-cultural groups.
• Proficient with basic Excel functions (sorting/filtering).
• Experience creating/using PowerPoint presentations.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events, presentations and enrollment opportunities.
• Promote Healthfirst’s mission to community groups and agencies.
• Develop about twenty events per month for sales reps.
• Establish and maintain relationships with partners.
• Support creation of educational and sales events in the target market.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to plan actions and assess needs.
• Meet and exceed growth and retention targets.
• Prepare weekly/monthly event calendars, manage care reports, and expenses.
• Maintain a weekly calendar of appointments and opportunities.
