Job summary

You will scout locations, set up displays, transport equipment, and assist sales representatives with lead collection while driving and maintaining marketing vehicles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Unrestricted NYS driver’s license is required.
• 2–3+ years of relevant, professional work experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Scout and secure approved parking/event locations within the catchment area.
• Identify safe and legal space to set up displays and working area.
• Perform daily setup, breakdown, and transport of marketing equipment.
• Assist Sales Reps with administrative tasks and lead collection.
• Engage with the public to generate interest in speaking with our reps about health insurance.
• Maintain communication with Fleet and Sales Management.
