Job summary

Bento is seeking a field-based Outreach Coordinator for New York State on a contractor basis. You will build and nurture member-referring partnerships across multiple NY regions, traveling to events and meetings to communicate Bento's mission and value.

Responsibilities include generating partner leads, managing the pipeline in a CRM, and reporting on regional performance. Flexible ~20 hours/week; compensation $25–$35/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in building partnerships, events, account management, or B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to explain Bento's mission.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Clearly articulate Bento's mission and value proposition to potential partners.
• Attend regional convenings, community events, and in-person meetings.
• Build high-quality B2B referral channels through in-person relationship building with CBOs.
• Identify, pursue, and qualify partner leads through outbound calling, email, social media, and in-person networking.
• Travel regularly within your territory to meet partners where they are.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage partnership pipeline from lead to active partner.
• Monitor and evaluate regional partners based on referral capacity and performance.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting on regional partnership development progress.
