Qualifications

• Previous canvassing or civic engagement experience required.
• Experience leading, training, or coaching a canvassing or outreach team preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and access to a safe vehicle required.
• Experience with VAN or MiniVAN preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.

• Transport canvassers between field locations.
• Monitor attendance, performance, field activity, safety, and compliance.
• Review and enter field data using VAN, MiniVAN, spreadsheets, and other systems.
• Complete required reports and ensure materials and confidential information are handled securely.
• Promptly report performance, safety, data-quality, or compliance concerns to management.

Position SummaryMF Professional Services, Inc. (MFPS) is seeking a Canvass Lead to support voter registration, voter education, civic engagement, and voter mobilization programs for our clients, including Mi Familia Vota (MFV) and Mi Familia en Acción (MFA).The Canvass Lead provides day-to-day direction, training, and field support to a team of approximately 4–5 canvassers while also participating directly in community outreach. Employees must be able to travel throughout assigned communities and transport canvassers between field locations.
