Maximus is seeking an Outreach Counselor to support the Midland, TX area and surrounding counties. You will advise clients on enrollment and eligibility for Texas Health and Social Services Programs, conduct outreach, and build relationships with community and faith-based organizations.

Spanish skills are preferred but not required. The role requires strong communication, data entry, and case management skills, with travel within the region and a flexible schedule including some evenings and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and 1+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel knowledge preferred.
• Spanish skills preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inquiries via telephone, email, or in person with accurate information.
• Conduct intake activities and facilitate eligibility determination.
• Present program concepts and enrollment options to recipients.
• Assist consumers with application submission and data entry.
• Coordinate with internal teams and community partners to support consumer needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely case resolution.
