The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a commitment to social justice, and at least one year of organizing experience. Competitive salary between $76,311.61 and $88,340.22, alongside excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel frequently within the local’s jurisdiction.
• Commitment to organize the unorganized through the labor movement.
• Experience as a full-time external organizer or equivalent organizing experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, train, develop stewards, officers, and leaders.
• Lead and assist in developing plans for worksite campaigns.
• Help members hold elected officials accountable.
