Job summary

Progressive Turnout Project is seeking a democracyFIRST Field Organizer to work on a campaign in Wisconsin. This on-site role covers Appleton and Green Bay with weekend and evening GOTV hours, reporting to the Regional Organizing Director. The position is full-time, with a wage between $25 and $31.25 per hour and requires reliable transportation.

Start date is ASAP and end date is November 3, 2026. Applicants should indicate preferred location when applying.

Qualifications

• At least 1 election cycle or 1 year of organizing or managing experience.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently per field plan.
• Access to reliable transportation and weekend/evening availability.
• Weekend and evening work expected during GOTV.

• Meet daily and weekly door-knocking and phone-call goals set by the Field Director.
• Remain accountable to metric goals and field plans.
