Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 4 years related work experience or higher in field-related role.
• Bachelor's degree with more extensive experience preferred.
• ICS/NIMS training within 1 year of hire is required for certain levels.

Responsibilities

• Direct, monitor, and evaluate field staff in daily operational activities.
• Oversee maintenance on assets (fences, roads, bridges, dams, campsites).
• Prepare field activity reports and manage work orders/inspections.
• Coach and mentor staff to strengthen performance and safety standards.
• Support emergency operations before, during, and after storms or fires.
