Job summary

CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. in the United States is seeking a hands-on Manager - Market I to lead field operations at customer sites or warehouses, ensuring compliance with CRST policies and delivering excellent service.

The role oversees location-level operations, manages relationships with customers and carrier partners, and coordinates cross-functional activities to optimize performance and cost. AIP target is 10% of base salary.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for total oversight and management of an assigned location.
• Effective relationship management with the customer, motor carrier partners and the corporate office, ensuring excellence in the execution of all day‑to‑day operations.
• Act as a liaison between the Company, independently contracted motor carrier partners and the customer, with a focus on delivering cost‑effective, timely and professional services to all end‑customers. Compliance with all company and customer policies and procedures must be enforced in each market.
