Ultimate Impression is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to lead the Charlotte, NC territory, directing field operations for model homes, sales offices, and corporate facilities. You will manage teams and independent contractors, optimize schedules, and ensure top-tier service across multiple locations.

The role requires 3+ years in field operations or service management, strong leadership, and excellent time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management experience in field operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for multiple locations within the Charlotte territory.
• Create and adjust weekly schedules to ensure service at all locations.
• Conduct regular quality inspections of model homes and facilities.
• Build relationships with home builders and customer representatives.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining service excellence.
• Coordinate recurring maintenance services and manage routing for efficiency.
• Onboard new locations into existing service routes and monitor productivity.
