Job summary

Trilogy is seeking an Operations Field Specialist in Orlando, FL to coordinate daily transportation operations, dispatch, and route optimization. You will act as the main link between drivers, customers, sales, and operations, ensuring safety, accuracy, and DOT compliance.

The role requires coordinating schedules, monitoring routes, and resolving service issues while maintaining documentation and delivering excellent customer service. Competency in Navusoft and GPS tools is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 2–3 years of dispatching, routing, logistics, transportation, or customer service experience preferred.
• Waste industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of route planning, dispatching, and transportation operations.
• Ability to read maps and utilize GPS and routing software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Navusoft.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch daily work orders to drivers using Navusoft and GPS.
• Schedule and coordinate daily customer service stops based on needs.
• Route new customers and optimize existing routes for efficiency.
• Monitor route progress and ensure completion of schedules.
• Support driver communications and provide operational assistance.
• Ensure DOT paperwork and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to maintain service levels.
