Openlane is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to conduct vehicle assessments and coordinate with dealerships. You will document inspections via our mobile app and ensure adherence to Openlane standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of automotive experience, a valid driver''s license, and strong organizational and communication skills. This role requires working outdoors in various weather and collaborating with sales, operations, and dealerships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle assessments, documenting engine, transmission, interior, and exterior inspections using Openlane's mobile app.
• Coordinate with dealerships to ensure adherence to Openlane inspection standards.
• Submit accurate inspection reports through designated platform.
• Assist marketing by distributing flyers and promotional materials to buying dealers.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and dealerships to support operations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in vehicle inspections, documentation, and dealership coordination. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of automotive experience.****You Are:***** **Detail-oriented.**You will ensure accurate and comprehensive vehicle inspections, documenting any damages or concerns.* **Organized**. You will coordinate with the Regional Operations Manager, sales team, and operations team to ensure efficient communication and workflow.* **Customer-focused**.
