Job summary

Infinium is hiring for Field Operator Technicians at the Roadrunner eFuels facility in Pecos, Texas. You will safely operate field equipment and process units, working closely with the Board Operator to keep the plant producing and reliable.

This on-site role suits hands-on technicians with 3–6 years of field experience who value teamwork, safety, and attention to detail. The job requires outdoor work in West Texas weather and adherence to PPE standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certificate.
• 3-6 years of field operations experience in oil & gas production, gas processing, or industrial plant settings.
• Solid understanding of production equipment (pumps, compressors, separators, valves, heaters).
• Ability to read P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and basic operating manuals.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry systems, or maintenance logs).
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment, including pumps, distillation towers, separators, reactors, compressors, and storage systems.
• Conduct routine field inspections to ensure equipment is functioning within safe and optimal parameters.
• Record operating data and report deviations to the control room.
• Coordinate with maintenance, electrical, and instrumentation teams to minimize downtime.
• Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.
