Job summary

Producers Midstream Management LLC seeks an Entry-Level Field Operator / Line Locator to support safe operation, inspection, and maintenance of natural gas pipelines and field facilities. You will learn line-locating responsibilities under experienced Field Operators and Supervisors, with on‑the‑job training and safety/Operator Qualification training.

The role covers pipeline locating, inspections, preventative maintenance, equipment monitoring, and various field activities as you build a career

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates; no prior oil/gas experience required.
• Prior experience in construction, utilities, mechanical work, or field operations preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use MS Office.
• Ability to safely use basic hand/power tools.
• Willingness to travel within assigned area and commute within 60–65 miles of reporting location.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to respond to call-outs within two hours after qualification.

Responsibilities

• Learn to locate and mark underground pipelines using locating equipment and maps.
• Assist with routine line-locating activities for excavation, construction, maintenance, and third‑party work.
• Read and interpret pipeline maps, drawings and facility information.
• Assist with inspections, operation, and maintenance of natural gas pipelines and field equipment.
• Maintain records, assist with safety training, and participate in OQ program.
