Job summary

Western Midstream seeks a Fieldman to safely operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment handling natural gas, crude oil, and produced water in the Delaware Basin region. The role may cover gas gathering, oil gathering or stabilization, produced water operations, or SWD, depending on the assigned zone.

Work is outdoors, with rotating schedules (7-on/7-off or 14-on/14-off) and potential overtime. Candidates must live within 75 miles of Kermit or Orla, Texas, or be willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in gas gathering, oil gathering or stabilization, saltwater disposal, produced-water operations, field production, or related oil and gas or midstream operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain assigned equipment and facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment replacements as needed.
• Monitor volumes, flow rates, pressures, and alarms from the field or control center.
• Coordinate with supervisors, operations, maintenance, contractors, and support groups.
• Follow safety, environmental, and company policy requirements.
