Job summary

Verde Clean seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead field operations across multiple markets. You will partner with the COO to execute strategy, oversee Operations Directors, and ensure exceptional service delivery while developing leaders and driving accountability.

You will spend about 75% of time in the field, coaching teams, building customer partnerships, and delivering measurable results across regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent executive leadership experience.
8+ years of progressive operations leadership in multi-site service organizations.
Bilingual proficiency required: English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
Proven success leading leaders across multiple geographic regions.
Strong financial and P&L management experience.
Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing leadership teams.
Executive-level customer relationship experience.
Exceptional communication, coaching, and strategic leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead as Verde's senior field operations leader, partnering with the COO to execute the operational strategy across regions.
Directly manage Operations Directors, Managers, and Supervisors to ensure high-quality service and leadership development.
Spend ~75% of time in the field coaching leaders, building relationships, and solving problems.
