Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking an Operations Training Partner to lead training programs and ensure company standards across an assigned territory near NYC. The role focuses on onboarding, new-store openings, and manager training while coordinating with field operations to boost retention and productivity.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in hospitality training, travel up to 14 days for NSOs, and strong facilitation and communication skills to guide Area Directors and restaurant teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in hospitality training.
• Experience leading a field-based training team.
• Proven ability to develop and implement SOPs.
• Willingness to travel up to 14 days away from home for store openings.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to provide feedback to operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and validates the execution of Team Member and Manager training within an assigned territory.
• Validates and supports LTO training and execution in assigned territory.
• Oversees the execution of Team Member and Manager training within an assigned territory.
• Provides feedback on training materials.
• Facilitates LTO training and execution in assigned territory.
• Sources Trainers and trains NSOs.
• Partners with Area Directors on post-NSO action planning.
• Develops Trainers for area self-sufficiency.
