Job summary

Kiewit Foundations Co is seeking an Entry Level Field Operations Technician to support field crews on transportation and foundation projects. You will interpret drawings, perform measurements, assist in work planning, field surveying, and safety program participation while coordinating material deliveries and documentation.

Travel and relocation across the national scope are expected, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and communication.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a construction-related field required.
• Previous construction experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and relocate across the U.S. nationwide.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Field: Interpret drawings and specs for field crews and supervision.
• Measure and calculate quantities, track completed/installed materials.
• Assist in development of work plans and packages.
• Support field surveying and layout activities.
• Prepare Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and participate in safety reviews.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site safety meetings.
