Kiewit Foundations Co. is seeking an Entry Level Field Operations Technician to support field crews with drawings, measurements, and safety processes.

You’ll gain hands-on experience on geotechnical projects across North America, with opportunities for travel and relocation as projects demand. The role combines field and office support, including data gathering, plan preparation, and job hazard analysis, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree in a construction-related field is required.
• Previous experience in construction is preferred.
• Must have a strong desire to work in the construction industry.
• Be willing to travel and relocate throughout career as we operate on a national scale.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews and craft supervision.
• Perform quantity calculations by taking measurements and determining percentage of completed/installed materials and work.
• Assist in the preparation of work plans and work packages.
• Assist in field surveying and work layout support.
• Assist in the preparation of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA’s).
• Participate in jobsite safety reviews, toolbox meetings, mass safety meetings, and safety training.
• Order and schedule material deliveries.
• Assist engineers to gather and prepare data for submittals, and maintain project records.
