Kiewit Foundations Co. in North America is seeking an Entry Level Field Operations Technician to support field and office teams on geotechnical projects.

You’ll assist in interpreting drawings, prepare work plans, and help with surveys, safety, and documentation. Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree in construction, a strong work ethic, good communication, and willingness to travel and relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a construction-related field.
• Previous experience in construction is preferred.
• Must be willing to travel and relocate nationwide as projects are national in scope.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work and a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Interpret drawings and specifications for field crews and supervision.
• Perform quantity calculations by measurements and completed work percentages.
• Prepare work plans and work packages for field teams.
• Support field surveying and layout activities.
• Assist in Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and safety reviews.
• Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor oversight.
• Assist engineers with data submittals and project recordkeeping.
