We are hiring a high-output, no-excuses apprentice operator to work directly alongside ownership and team members across construction and property management operations.

This is an entry-level role with real upside. The right person will grow quickly into higher responsibility and higher pay based on performance.

Compensation

• Starting pay: $17–20/hour based on experience
• Performance-based increases tied to reliability, output, and ownership
• Clear path to increased responsibility and compensation within 3–6 months

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Occasional variability based on project needs and seasonality

What You’ll Do

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role. You will handle a wide range of tasks, often within the same day.

Responsibilities include:

• Hauling materials, tools, and equipment (truck and trailer use)
• Unit cleanouts and property turn-over support
• Demolition and job site preparation
• Grounds cleanup and maintenance
• Snow removal (blowing, shoveling, winter support)
• Spring cleanup (raking, debris removal, site prep)
• Assisting with light construction tasks
• Inventory organization and material mobilization
• Handling urgent operational needs as they arise
