Qualifications

• 1+ years in physical labor fields (construction, landscaping, warehouse, or similar).
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Valid driver's license; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across collection and post-collection sites.
• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools.
• Assist drivers and maintenance staff.
• Perform housekeeping and site cleanup.
• Follow safety policies and PPE usage.
