Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of field staff in street maintenance, drainage, sidewalk construction, and traffic signs.
• Ensures compliance with service level agreements, specifications, safety procedures, and city policies.
• Inspects equipment and materials for maintenance and safety; lifts and carries objects up to 25 pounds.
• Maintains inventory and initiates stock requisitions for parts; coordinates with utilities and city agencies.
• Interviews, supervises, trains, evaluates, and counsels staff according to COSA guidelines.
• Performs administrative duties: records, reports, and meeting attendance; delivers safety training.
• Assists in safety investigations and documents incidents; conducts related duties.
