Job summary

Kinder Morgan is seeking a seasoned supervisor to oversee safety, operations, maintenance and reliability of compressors and transmission pipelines. The role covers multiple sites within the Bloomfield, NM area and requires ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, coordinate capital and O&M plans, and supervise contractors while maintaining a strong safety culture and high levels of operational performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years working experience with mechanical and pipeline systems in the natural gas industry.
• Employee supervisory and asset management skills.
• Knowledge and experience in operation of pipeline, measurement and compressor station operations.
• Knowledge and experience in safe handling practices of flammable gases, liquids, and high and low pressure systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise safety, operations, maintenance and reliability of compressors and pipelines.
• Manage PHMSA and regulatory inspections and audits for area of responsibility.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to field personnel and oversee operations at multiple locations.
• Create, manage and forecast budgets for capital and O&M in the area.
• Ensure all documentation and recordkeeping comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
