EnerStar Solutions is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee daily field and yard operations, ensuring safety and efficiency across multiple sites in Colorado and Wright, Wyoming. The role emphasizes leadership, customer relations, DOT compliance, and on-site problem solving.

You will travel within the district to support operations, supervise staff, and coordinate with management to maintain high service standards and strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of directly related industry experience.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and yard activities to support customer success.
• Supervise field personnel to ensure safe, productive operations.
• Coordinate daily field activities and manage equipment readiness.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with policies and client site requirements.
• Travel within district and Wright, WY for operations and rig moves as needed.
