EnerStar Solutions in Kentucky is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead daily field operations and supervise technicians across active job sites. The role emphasizes safety, DOT adherence, and accurate field documentation.

You will interface directly with clients to maintain service quality, support installations and field logistics, and collaborate with the District Manager to drive productivity. Travel is required as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Field Service Supervisor is a result driven and customer service-oriented team member. Being an integral part of the EnerStar Solutions team the Field Service Supervisors is responsible for all field operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily field operations and supervise technicians across active job sites
• Ensure safety compliance, DOT adherence, and proper PPE usage
• Interface directly with clients to maintain service quality and satisfaction
• Support installations, maintenance, and field logistics as needed
• Partner with District Manager to drive productivity and operational success
• Verify job tickets, reporting, and field documentation

Travel

The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar Solutions.
