Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking an Assistant Field Manager to support Field Manager in budgeting, scheduling, and supervising contract maintenance and snow removal projects. You will develop team members and ensure jobs are completed within budget while maintaining high quality.

You will work with other field managers to meet branch goals, participate in training, and contribute to a family‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams on contract maintenance or similar settings.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and labor for multiple contracts.
• Valid driver's license with clean record over the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise daily production activities on assigned contracts.
• Develop understanding of hourly and cost budgets; monitor hours and costs; communicate budget hours to crewmembers.
• Monitor quality of work and address issues with customers; inspect job at end of day.
• Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment in good working order.
• Develop and coach crew members to improve performance and retention.
