Mansfield Service Partners is seeking an Operations Technician for our Big Spring, TX location. The role involves managing client sampling programs, collaborating with customers to meet business needs, and training on-site personnel for sampling and technical duties.

The position requires certification and experience with pumps and lubrication systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• MLT-1 Certification is required.
• Three years of mechanical experience in automotive or industrial equipment.
• Three years of experience with fuel and lube pumps, nozzles and fittings.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sampling program for specified accounts.
• Consult with clients to meet business needs and opportunities.
• Attend review and reliability meetings as needed.
• Train on-site client personnel for sampling and technical duties.
• Communicate product and service opportunities to internal teams.
