Job summary

Mansfield Service Partners in Houston, TX is seeking an Operations Technician to support sampling programs for designated accounts, consult with clients on strategies to meet business needs, and participate in review meetings with stakeholders.

The role requires training onsite personnel, communicating product opportunities to internal teams, obtaining safety certifications, and performing routine oil changes, inspections, and lubrications with attention to hazards and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Three years mechanical experience in automotive or industrial machinery.
• Three years experience with fuel and lube pumps, nozzles and fittings.
• MLT-1 Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.

Responsibilities

• Manage sampling program for designated accounts.
• Consult with clients on strategies to meet business needs and improve growth.
• Attend review meetings with Customer Stakeholders as needed.
• Attend Reliability Review Meetings with onsite team.
• Train onsite client personnel to perform sampling and technical service duties.
• Communicate product and service opportunities to internal resources and stakeholders.
